Autumn heads into winter and when the sky is just right we get glorious sunsets.

As I look out my kitchen window, sun peaked through the misty rain.

Isn't it gorgeous? And the birds love it too.

Early morning mist before the sun had a chance to burn it off.

It was ominous to see. It began to pelt down. It only lasted a few minutes, then it was gone.

Miffy, the princess on our couch, was a rescue pup from the AWL (Animal welfare league) Queensland. They do an amazing job.

At first we just had muddy water, then the ducks came and pretty soon we had a healthy dam with water plants and these beautiful lilies.

Another gorgeous winter day. Crisp air and dew on the grasses.
